How to Sell Digital Products
Welcome to our marketplace! Selling digital products is simple. Create your listing, wait for a buyer, provide the product or download link, and receive your payment after the holding period.
How Our Marketplace Works
We keep our categories simple so buyers can easily browse the marketplace.
When creating a listing, choose the most relevant category and subcategory for your product. You do not need to create a new category for every type of product.
Instead, use Tags to describe your product in more detail.
For example, a marketing eBook could be listed under:
eBooks → Non-Fiction
and use tags such as:
marketing, digital marketing, SEO, social media, business, beginners
Tags help buyers find your product when searching for specific topics, subjects, formats, or interests.
Please choose the most accurate category and use relevant tags. Do not add unrelated or misleading tags.
1. Create Your Seller Account
First, create an account and become a seller.
Once your seller account is approved, you can access your seller dashboard and start creating listings.
2. Create a Listing
Go to your Seller Dashboard and choose Add Product or Create Listing.
Add all the important information about your digital product:
- Product title
- Product description
- Category
- Subcategory
- Relevant tags
- Price
- Product image or cover
- Product type
- Any additional information the buyer should know
Be honest and accurate when describing your product.
Examples of products you can sell
- eBooks
- PDF files
- Digital guides
- Video clips
- Video courses
- Audio files
- Templates
- Graphics
- Digital resources
- Other legally owned digital products
3. Make Sure You Own the Rights
You may only sell digital products that you own or are legally authorized to sell.
You must not upload, sell, or distribute copyrighted material without permission.
Do not list stolen, pirated, illegally copied, or unauthorized content.
4. A Buyer Purchases Your Product
When a buyer purchases your listing, the payment is processed through the marketplace.
The money is not immediately available for withdrawal.
This protects both buyers and sellers and gives the buyer time to receive and check the product.
5. Provide the Product
After the purchase, you must provide the buyer with access to the digital product.
Depending on the product, you can provide:
- A download link
- A private file link
- Access to a video
- Access to a digital resource
- Other agreed digital delivery
Make sure the link works and that the buyer can access the product.
Important
Do not send an incorrect, expired, or inaccessible link.
If you use an external hosting service, make sure the link remains available during the transaction period.
6. The Payment Holding Period
After the buyer pays, the payment enters a holding period.
Our standard holding period is 7 days.
During this period:
Buyer pays → Payment is held → Product is delivered → Buyer checks the product → Payment is released
The holding period is designed to provide protection for both buyers and sellers.
7. What Happens After 7 Days?
If there is no active dispute or refund issue, the payment becomes available in your seller balance after the holding period.
You can then request a withdrawal according to the available withdrawal methods and minimum withdrawal requirements.
8. What If the Buyer Has a Problem?
If the buyer does not receive the product, receives an incorrect product, or has another valid problem, they may contact you or open a dispute.
You should respond as quickly as possible and try to resolve the issue.
If a dispute is opened before the payment is released, the payment may remain on hold until the issue is resolved.
9. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate product information
- Choosing the correct category and subcategory
- Adding relevant tags
- Selling only products you are legally allowed to sell
- Delivering the product after purchase

Frequently Asked Questions
When do I receive my money?
Your payment is held for the standard holding period of 7 days. After that, if there is no active dispute or other issue, the funds become available according to our withdrawal rules.
Can I sell eBooks and PDFs?
Yes, provided that you own the content or have the necessary rights to sell it.
Can I sell videos?
Yes. You can sell legally owned video content and provide the buyer with the appropriate access or link.
Do I have to upload the digital product directly to the marketplace?
Not necessarily. Depending on the listing and marketplace rules, you may provide the buyer with an external download or access link.
Why are there only a few categories?
We keep the category structure simple to make the marketplace easier to browse.
Instead of creating many small categories, we recommend using Tags to describe the specific subject, topic, audience, format, or other characteristics of your product.
How should I use tags?
Use relevant words that accurately describe your product.
For example, a PDF about starting an online business could use:
business, online business, entrepreneurship, marketing, beginners, guide
Avoid adding popular but unrelated tags just to make your product appear in more searches.
What happens if a buyer opens a dispute?
The payment may remain on hold while the dispute is reviewed. You may be asked to provide information showing that the product was delivered as described.
Can I withdraw my money immediately after a sale?
No. Payments are subject to the marketplace holding period. The standard holding period is 7 days, unless the transaction is affected by a dispute, refund, chargeback, or another issue.
How can I become a successful seller?
Provide quality products, accurate descriptions, relevant tags, fast delivery, working links, competitive prices, and good customer support.
